Cubanas main party options are as follows:
Lower Bar drinks or drinks with buffet for 15-30 people. Minimum spend £400 with a refundable deposit of £100 for Friday and Saturday bookings - we also ask for a refundable £100 deposit for Thursdays. No minimum spend Mondays to Thursdays - minimum spends are also higher during our busy Xmas period.
Lower Restaurant available for semi-private sit-down dinners for up to 18 people with minimum spend of £400 Monday/Tuesday; £600 Wednesday; £1000 Thursday; £2000 Friday/Saturday. Minimum spends are higher during our busy Xmas period.
Lower bar and lower restaurant together gives you up to 60 person capacity for drinks, or buffet with a minimum spend of £600 Monday/Tuesday; £750 Wednesday; £2000 Thursday; £3000 Friday/Saturday. Minimum spends are higher during our busy Xmas period.
Far side of the main bar-restaurant and lower restaurant gives you the same 60 person capacity and minimum spend conditions as the lower bar plus lower restaurant. Also the best option for semi-private seated dinners for up to 40 people
The Conga Lounge our new, air conditioned lounge has leather sofas and a low table, making it ideal for private daytime business meetings and more intimate parties of up to 12 people good for drinks, tapas and small buffets. Minimum spends apply on some evenings. Minimum spends are higher during our busy Xmas period. We ask for a deposit of £50 on Fridays and Saturdays
The whole place! taking all of Cubana for the whole or part of the evening gives you a capacity of up to 160 standing or around 70 seated for a full meal. Minimum spends are around £2,000 Mondays, £3,000 Tuesdays, £3,500 Wednesdays, £4,000 Thursdays, £7,000 Fridays and £5,500 Saturdays depending on the time of the year. Minimum spends are higher during our busy Xmas period. You can organise your party as a drinks-only event, either with your guests paying or with a pre-limited tab at the bar, or you can order jugs of cocktails, beer and wine in advance with waitress service. If you want food for your party, we can offer you a full meal service of our freshly-prepared dishes (around £20 a head) or a tapas buffet for as little as £6.50 or up to £20 a head for a lavish spread click here for our food menus. We also offer home-made cakes for special occasions choose from chocolate, strawberry and coconut or fresh tropical fruits cost £2.50 per head.
We have live Latin and Salsa music starting at 11 pm Wednesdays to Saturdays which is included in any party however, if you want live music on Mondays and Tuesdays this costs from £100-£500 depending on the band and numbers. We can also organise group Salsa lessons for around £80
We do ask for a refundable deposit of £100 (£50 for the Conga Lounge) to confirm weekend bookings. Deposits are refunded on the day of your party. Deposits are not refunded if the booking is cancelled with less than 3 days notice.
Where there is a minimum spend agreed, we ask for a deposit of 25% to confirm the booking. On the day of the party, we ask for a credit card; if the agreed minimum spend has not been reached, the balance will be taken from the credit card.

The offer is for parties on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays when we feature late live Salsa and Latin music (to 1.00am on Thursdays and 3.00am Fridays/Saturdays). Your party can start between 9.30pm and 10.30pm - you can, of course, arrive earlier, but you will be seated - or for larger parties, allocated the Lower Bar or another area - between these times and you can stay until close - it's an unbeatable offer!
